HURAKAN led the full-link industrial design, structural optimization and mass production implementation of the horizontal fresh air unit. Deeply rooted in the commercial HVAC equipment field, we strictly complied with building ventilation engineering standards, commercial ceiling-mounted equipment installation specifications and long-term operation requirements. The team cooperated in depth with the client’s R&D, structural technology and mass production teams to tackle core pain points such as limited ceiling installation space, closed air supply, constant temperature noise reduction, engineering adaptability and later maintenance. We verified overall sheet metal structure, static pressure air duct parameters, sealing and heat preservation technology, lightweight load-bearing structure and modular assembly standards one by one. Through multiple rounds of wind field simulation, silent durability tests, closed condensation experiments and mass production process iteration, we effectively solved common industrial problems of traditional models, ensuring all design schemes adapt to batch engineering implementation and achieve highly consistent results between design and finished products.

HURAKAN breaks the solidified design limitations of traditional horizontal fresh air units and realizes systematic innovative upgrades in shape, structure and human-computer interaction, balancing the engineering attributes and spatial aesthetic value of equipment. In terms of shape, it abandons the rough and bloated appearance of traditional HVAC equipment, adopts an integrated flat and minimalist body form suitable for ceiling embedded installation, optimizes the overall proportion and side lines to save ceiling installation height space. The flat and concise body perfectly adapts to high-end commercial spaces such as office buildings, commercial complexes and public venues. In terms of structure, the modular integrated layout reorganizes the internal structure logic of fresh air filtration, heat exchange, static pressure air supply and noise reduction exhaust, optimizes the full-domain static pressure air duct to reduce wind resistance and energy consumption, and upgrades the fully enclosed anti-condensation and dust-proof structure to eliminate air leakage, water seepage and dust accumulation failures. The side quick-disassembly module greatly simplifies filter replacement, core cleaning and pipeline maintenance. In terms of human-computer interaction, we optimize the layout of electric control areas and maintenance ports based on actual engineering operation scenarios, simplify parameter adjustment, working condition switching and fault self-inspection logic, reduce the maintenance threshold of concealed equipment, and comprehensively improve equipment operation stability and maintenance efficiency.
